ATT only provides its cell towers for service.... THATS IT! We dont provide anything else or set its prices or anything.... just service! It has no insurance (so if you break it... your SOL!)... Its warranty is a joke.... If you jailbreak it--your apple warranty is void... it has a mandated data plan for $30 (required by apple's contract with att---we could care less about the data plan like for out Blackberry customer--if they dont want it--then so be it--but apple makes you have it... you cant early upgrade to an Iphone like you can with any other ATT phone) so yeah,.... I hate apple and iphones.... why??? Becuase Apple has no idea of what customer service is... and what is meant by an outstanding customer "so lets credit this charge here"... we cant do that on an iphone account!... and when our contract ends in 2010... I PRAY THAT LORD JESUS IS READING THIS AND MAKES THE IPHONE 4G A CDMA TECHNOLOGY PHONE SO VERIZON CAN HAVE IT.... THEN I WILL POP A BOTTLE OF NICE WINE AND SSCREAM---- FREE AT LAST===FREE AT LAST--- THANK GOD ALMIGHTY---- ATT IS FREE AT LAST... but wait... if Apple makes it a CDMA phone and leaves ATT, what about the current customers who have 2Gs, 3Gs, 3GSs on the ATT GSM technology...
